Jonas Mountain Estates (JME) is a community of 88 1 acre+ lots sitting in the eastern region of Penn Forest Township, Carbon County Pennsylvania.  Our community is predominantly owner occupied and sits along Route 534 in the Pocono Mountains with residences on the southern side of the community sitting on a ridge with spectacular views of the valley and Blue Ridge Mountains.  We are located roughly 8 miles from Route 476 (the Turnpike Extension), 10 miles from Route 80 and 15 miles from Route 33.  Our community offers a quiet residential environment among the various wildlife from the neighboring nature preserve while continuing to offer easy access to convenient shopping and the recreational activities that the Pocono Mountains are famous for.

Average high temperatures range in the mid to upper 70s in the summer months making for the perfect weather to explore the many local recreational areas.  JME is located within 10 miles of the scenic trails of Hawk Falls, the Graystone Preserve, and the many recreational opportunities provided by Hickory Run State Park.  You are also within a short 20 to 30-minute drive to whitewater rafting, the Pocono Raceway, incredible resorts and water parks like Kalahari, Camelback, H2Ooooh! and the Great Wolf Lodge along with the many trails of the Delaware Water Gap.  Looking for a quieter outing?  Then spend a few hours at one of the many golf courses within a short drive as well.
